Well, I’m ecstatic to be nominated for a blog of the year award! I’ve only been blogging a short while, so I feel very privileged indeed. Sometimes I wonder if I should give more thought before I write my topics, but I guess I like to write when the idea formulates in mind without editing it. Some times I think people should just do this in real life instead of holding back and hiding behind their edited versions… then again, we’d probably have a whole lot more arguments than we already do!
The rules are:
1 Select the blog(s) you think deserve the ‘Blog of the Year 2012′ Award
2 Write a blog post and tell us about the blog(s) you have chosen — there’s no minimum or maximum number of blogs required — and ‘present’ them with their award.
3 Please include a link back to http://thethoughtpalette.co.uk/our-awards/blog-of-the-year-2012-award/ and include these ‘rules’ in your post (please don’t alter the rules or the badges!)
4 Let the blog(s) you have chosen know that you have given them this award and share the ‘rules’ with them.
5 You can now also join the Facebook group — click ‘like’ on the page above ‘Blog of the Year 2012′ Award Facebook group and then you can share your blog with an even wider audience.
6 As a winner of the award — please add a link back to the blog that presented you with the award — and then proudly display the award on your blog and sidebar.
I’d like to give a huge thank you to The Reclining Gentleman for giving me this award. I fell in love with his blog when I discovered his GAW thread, about a girl at work who he was madly in lust with but she was unavailable. Since then, I’ve discovered he writes some bloody good erotic fiction, and has inspired me to start (try) writing some too. Thanks Mr
Here are my nominees :
A raunchy account of a 40 something lady who just loves sex, and likes to try most things! Her blog has no boundaries nor does her sexual encounters . She’s got a straight talking approach, and it’s so liberating to see a woman get what she wants and knows how to!
This blog just has me in stitches! Her detailed accounts of her daily events don’t get boring. Her blogs remind me of the conversations I have with myself. I fell in love with this blog even more when I read about her trip to Fiji with her fiend, and all the hilarious things she got up to.
This is a very thought provoking blog. Before discovering this blog, I never knew what ‘poly’ meant, nowadays I know it’s about people who believe in sharing the love. They have a number of partners but it’s not just about the sex, I think that’s a small part. She explains it better!
S o who do you think has blog of the year ?
